Shipping Options Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances. Larger orders are shipped by freight company Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Additional fees will be added if these options are requested We do not offer International Shipping. If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our store or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible. Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.) Sales Tax State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State(s). Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State(s) that we do business. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or at your next visit. Payment Policy Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon picking and packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added if your order is being shipped to the address on your Order Confirmation. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged. We also accept checks and purchase orders from known accounts (businesses), to establish this relationship please contact our offices for information as to how to set up an account. Certain minimum ordering criteria may apply. If your order is to be picked up from one of our locations, we will charge your credit card or expect payment at the time that the order has been packaged and ready for pickup. We will notify you via e-mail that your order is ready and that your credit card has been charged. If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pickup, we will return the items to your shelf and credit your credit card for the amount of the order minus a $10.00 restocking fee. Return Policy Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to our locations in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to our locations in person or via a return shipment no later than 10 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee Privacy Policy We respect and value your privacy.
